TV Garden offers optional accounts. If you create one, we process the email address and password you provide so you can sign in. You can use the site to browse and watch channels without an account.

The site stores some information in your browser's local storage so it works between visits: your sign-in tokens if you are logged in, a generated device identifier, your favourites, recently checked channel status, and small interface preferences. This data stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We do not set cookies directly, and we do not use session storage.

We do not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site. However, when you open a channel, your browser connects directly to a third-party streaming source. Those providers can see technical connection details such as your IP address, and their own policies apply to that connection — not ours.

If you email us, your message is handled by your email provider and ours. Please send only the information needed to deal with your request.

Terms of Use

By using TV Garden you agree to use it lawfully and to follow the rules that apply where you live. What you are permitted to watch can differ from country to country, and that is your responsibility to check.

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the site or the services it connects to.

The channel directory changes. Channels may be added, changed, or removed, and a stream that works today may stop working without notice. We cannot guarantee that any channel will keep running, that the listing is complete or accurate, or that the site will be available without interruption. We may change or discontinue parts of the service.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties.

Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe something listed on TV Garden infringes your rights, email us and we will review it. Please include:

• The exact URL of the page or channel on this site
• A description of the work or right you are claiming
• Your contact details, so we can reply
• Why you believe the listing should be removed
• A statement that your report is made in good faith and that the information you have given is accurate

Send requests to info@tvgarden.co, or use the contact page. Incomplete reports are harder to act on, so please include the URL.

Third-Party Streams Disclaimer

TV Garden is a directory and player. We do not host, upload, or store any video streams on our servers. Channel information and stream addresses come from publicly available third-party sources, and playback happens directly between your browser and those sources.

Because those services are operated by others, we have no ongoing control over whether they stay online, what they broadcast, or how they change. Listing a channel here does not mean we own it, endorse it, or are affiliated with the broadcaster in any way. Logos and channel names belong to their respective owners.
